Taisho kimono
A lovely, very-soft silk kimono created during the Taisho era. The base silk is a rinzu (damask) on which are flowers created by the yuzen dyeing technique. These flowers are highlighted with satin-stitch, sagara and couching embroidery; as well as sumi e brush painting. Very good condition. 59" from sleeve-end to sleeve-end x 59" height.
