This remarkable and uncommon large kimono showcases flowers and skunk cabbage depicted with a watercolor-like dye painting technique. Crafted for winter wear, the silk used is relatively thick, with chirimen silk that has exceptionally twisted threads, providing the kimono with a distinctive texture. It features a hiro-eri (unfolded collar) and measures 61 inches (155 cm) from sleeve-end to sleeve-end, standing at 66 inches (168 cm) in height.
