Dusty Rose Meisen Silk Haori: Floral Medallion Motifs

This silk meisen haori  showcases the technique's signature blurred, painterly edges and bold graphic sensibility. The garment is rendered on a deep, dusty-rose silk ground, providing a warm and architectural field for its rhythmic botanical composition.

The primary design features large-scale, circular medallions that serve as frames for vibrant garden scenes. Inside these cream-colored medallions are clusters of yellow and purple flowers with green foliage, rendered with the distinctive "shimmering" effect characteristic of the meisen weaving process. Interspersed between the floral medallions are stylized, dark-green parasol motifs or large leaves, which add a secondary layer of geometric structure and visual depth.

In very good condition, measures 43.5 inches (111 cm) from sleeve-end to sleeve-end and stands at 38 inches (97 cm) tall.
