This boy's silk miyamairi kimono, designed for a ceremonial Shinto shrine blessing, remains in very good condition, displaying minor imperfections typical of its age. Measuring 33 inches (84 cm) from sleeve-end to sleeve-end, it stands at 42 inches (107 cm) in height.
