Japan Late Meiji (1890-1911) $1,100.00 This antique dounuki has a stunning combination of shibori and yuzen dyeing. The bold shibori pattern is on a very fine silk, while the yuzen and embroidery work is on a thicker darkly-dyed chirimen (crepe) silk.
