Japan Meiji and early Showa mixed $1,500.00 This silk juban had a 19th c Meiji era garment transformed into a juban perhaps during the 20th c early Showa era. The older main body and most of the sleeves are of an old rinzu silk, with two huge mon on the front. The cotton lining, upper back and the neck lapel are Showa era cotton.
