Japan Late Meiji (1880-1911) $1,500.00 An unusual silk antique kimono that combines both modern and traditional design elements, and features bold green narcissuses and bold striping. Patterning technique seems to be yuzen-dyeing. Chirimen silk with a dry, crisp handle, and a textured look (see detail 2, closer).
