Japan Late Taisho or early Showa era (1920-1939) $950.00 This vivacious haori has some characteristics of a closely-related type of garment called michiyuki. This example shares the michiyuki use of metal clip inside fasteners, but not the standard michiyuki characteristic of squared tailoring about the collar/lapel. Rinzu silk with bold yuzen dyring and painting.
